313 Manag3m3nt & Consulting is a powerhouse management and consulting firm that provides excellent service at extremely competitive rates.
Another company recently founded as JFiveGaming along with The Team C13 Foundation began to structure things and offer new avenues as well.
Designed to provide the kind of management that is aggressive when needs to be like when negotiating an upside-down deal for the client, when an unpaid invoice needs to be collected, or when someone else is shortchanging our client, or one that can walk into a house in South Compton or a Fortune 500 boardroom and at the end of it all shake hands with a deal closed.
There's a time to fight, a time to learn, a time to go with things even if we disagree, etc. We know when to do what and we will prove that to you from the get-go.

- For purposes of our meaning as the terms could mean something entirely different. For the most part consulting is more the exchange of advice on a single sector or multiple sectors of a company and could be short or long term. Management is the operation whether limited or in full control of one of more core tasks.
- A consultation begins with an analysis of the sector or multiple sectors requested. (This is also what could determine length is whether someone wanted a one-time immediate review and plan without implementation, versus a year analysis with an end plan and implementation. More later.)
- This analysis is completed and presented in our case, to a team of experts in the field the subject is in, and then a plan with options and potential outcomes, positives and negatives is then developed and finally presented to the company.
- In some cases that concludes a consultation, or they could ask you to do one of two things or both being, take part in helping choose their route from options further, and lastly helping with the carrying out of the chosen route.
Feature something
A company can easily decide based on how long they want a single or multiple sectors evaluated for and then whether or not they want assistance from there forward. They can always request the final two stages once the report is complete so ma y choose the report with options only to start. There is a savings for bundling together.
