Tiered Revenue Split




The revenue split program is designed to incentivize your affiliate promotion and reward those who generate referrals. There are a wide variety of payment set ups and plans out there that we have personally seen and or even quoted. That's largely how we set our in particular up. However, you will see if you do look around that the range is quite significant in actuality. Trials, promos, and offers aside, ongoing monthly cost can range from 5 to 10 for a single service to thousands of dollars for bundles or even just one service. Some have up front onboarding costs or set up fees, and different payment options are offered from weekly to monthly or longer, commission based, hourly rates based on logged time, or salaries. 



We personally feel that our structure fits everyone involved the best possible way in terms of equality and mutual benefit. We have responsibilities and needs that must met for us be able to continue operating and offering the best of services at super good values. At the same time, we want and are committed to serving superior services, at excellent rates and pricing, with high quality care, and to support a mission that's much bigger than ourselves. 


We feel a commission based with bonuses along with a one time onboarding/set-up fee is a good system to have for many beneficial reasons to each party. It allows you to have uncapped potential earnings opposed to a salary where no matter how much you generated in revenue, you only make x amount. Hourly pay is similar and equally as bad in terms of being compensated fairly in direct correlation to what you generate in revenue.Most commission systems are tiered based on production results and the higher you climb tier levels the bigger your pay becomes as the percent you are paid increases. Another method is single commission percent split is assigned at the beginning and you have that agreed split forever. We have a Tiered System with Production Progression. Our system and Tier Requirements along with Bonuses and Tier Benefits can be seen below. 


An onboarding fee does several things in terms of why it is needed and or typically used. In our particular case some of the tools and resources we feel are much needed to successfully run operations of different variety have fees to add a person or company. These would be higher for anyone joining them by themselves but because of our relationship be it negotiated or the amount we already have qualifying for quantity discounts our set up cost for those services in which truly do benefit all of us in value terms, is passed on through that of a set up or onboarding fee. A portion goes to any team member that earns any compensation for any account set up or initial start up needs. 


You will be directed to sign up for several platforms that give you access to promotion links, branded content, and much more so your work can be tracked for payment. A small portion is kept by the company to fund normal operations, but the entire fee does not go to our company. An onboarding fee also in many cases gives an affiliate some "skin in the game" or motivation to actually generate referrals. Again, we do not require production numbers, hours worked, etc. that doesn't apply to us in regard to why we have it. We offer a way in which the on boarding fee can be deferred until you begin making money meaning you don't "have any skin in the game" to start. 



While we do feel that is an important part to have so that we do recoup the fees we incur for platform and resource set up, we also feel it is reasonable and supportive to allow it to be deferred and paid out over time through earnings.  It truly does benefit you in terms of the cost of the tools already being discounted through our current relationship because the tools you get through them are truly must haves. As  feel it is important to be completely transparent in the entire payout and payment processes. Other than the onboarding feel, and commission split no other cost will be needed as a requirement from us. If you want and or decide to purchase a third party service or integration for your business that you feel like will help or allow you different options that is allowed but at your expense between you and them provided it is not an exclusivity restricted company.



We do not require you to be exclusive with us in terms of general work or income. However, we do require limited exclusivity in that we only want you to do affiliate market with us and companies we have relationships with. Obviously, use of your own link through the platform is allowed and recommended. In the event we don't have a relationship with someone who offers something you are interested in buying or promoting, we hope you will come to us as your representative to see if we can negotiate or get an ongoing agreement so our entire family can have access if wanted as well, but you are allowed to promote your own links to any company that you have had previously or find in the future.

ADVANCE TO TIER 7


Our Story

 

Once Tier 6 is completed you are at Tier 7 for payout terms. There is no higher tier. You immediately begin earning towards the next years goals with all sales after the date completed. At the end of each full year after the year you start your Tier Status "locks", meaning you start the next year in the tier you ended the last year in, but your sales amount in dollars restarts.



You have to meet the required goals to the year your locked in to remain in that tier the next year, as usual if you qualify for the next tier, you will immediately advance to the next one. 


The important factor to understand is if you end a year in Tier 3 and were only $1,000 from advancing to Tier 4, the next year you will still be in Tier 3 but will have to earn another total $15,000 before advancement to Tier 4 not $1,000, additionally you will have to make at least $10,000 to remain in Tier 3 the next year. 


Tier 7 includes periodic bonuses dependent on production, but nothing is in place at this level. As we get more people at this level, we will more than likely develop more clarified and detailed benchmarks. 




******PRO TIP... YOUR FIRST YEAR IS THE MOST IMPORTANT YEAR BECAUSE YOU WILL GET MORE THAN 12 MONTHS TO QUALIFY FOR YOUR LOCK IN TIER.
